Sending an enquiry through the website, by email or on WhatsApp does not create a booking. A booking is made only when we confirm it to you in writing, and it is then subject to the terms we send with that confirmation, including any payment, cancellation and supplier conditions.

We assist with preparing and submitting visa applications. Approval decisions, processing times and fees are determined by the UAE authorities, and we cannot guarantee the outcome of an application.
